The production of your On Hold Messaging is designed as a turnkey process, with you and your Business Audio Plus Creative Consultant working as a partnership. Scripts are developed around topics you select, and geared toward key marketing concepts that speak to your industry and to your customers' concerns.
We'll contact you when it's time for a production update, and we offer Master Scripts for customers who like to plan ahead for the year's messaging, with as many as 30 spots from which to choose.
Once you've worked with us through a production cycle or two, you may decide to trust our judgment in deciding which topics to highlight, or which music bed to employ in a given production.
You may want to see our ideas completely drafted before presentation for your approval, or you may want to hear a variety of possible music selections, with plans to change with every production. Our production staff gets to know you and your preferred work styles, never forcing any production or approval cycle to fit a particular mold or arbitrary deadline. Professional talents such as DJs and voiceover artists lend their skills to our productions. We combine male and female voices on most productions, which enhances their impression and variety, and our music beds are constantly changing.
